We believe that crypto is becoming an essential part of the global financial system. We also recognize that a large percentage of sellers want to be paid in crypto. This is why we offer crypto payouts to our customers in bitcoin, ethereum, and USDT.

When submitting your gift card choose the “get paid in crypto option” Your payout will be sent in the crypto wallet of your choice once we redeem your card.

There is typically a small fee associated with outgoing cryptocurrency transactions which is paid to crypto miners. This is used to keep the crypto network safe and secure. We do not take any additional fees.

The rate of cryptocurrency fluctuates constantly. We use your chosen crypto currency market rate at the time your payout is initiated. Therefore your payout may be slightly higher or lower than the payout at the time of your gift card submission.

We pride ourselves on the fastest payouts in the industry. It takes anywhere from 2-5 days to receive payment depending on your gift cards. Open look gift cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) usually paid out faster than store cards.

We send payout via ACH or the crypto currency of your choice. (BTC, ETH, USDT). Wire transfers are available for our bulk corporate sellers who have completed additional verification.

To ensure the safety of each transaction and to comply with the anti-money laundering laws, we may require identity verification before payouts. This is a one-time process, which means future transactions won't require identity verification. The exception is corporate clients who sell over $2000 per month. These clients may require additional verification.

Your identifying information is stored internally soley for identity verification purposes. It will not be shared with anyone or sold to third parties.

CANCELLATIONS

Your order can be canceled for a number of reasons.
  • The gift card information was entered incorrectly.
  • The gift card balance does not match the balance you entered.
  • We could not verify your identity.
  • Your card was redeemed before we could redeem it.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if the gift card has not already been redeemed. If the gift card is redeemed by us within the 24 hour period you are not able to cancel.

The maximum car value on an individual card is $2000 although most retailers set a max load limit of $500 per card.

We are happy to accept bulk sellers but we may require additional verification. Feel free to contact us at *** with any questions about our bulk seller rates.

BUYING GIFT CARDS

Discounts depends on the type of gift card you purchase and vary anywhere from 3-10%.

All of our gift cards will be sent to your email address after verification and confirmation of your payment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment.

Gift cards are sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In rare cases delivery can take longer if additional information is needed.

You have 7 days to return your gift card. However, refunds take up to 14 days since the returned gift card has to be redeemed by us prior to approving your refund.
